Delivery & Returns
We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 3-5 business days.
You should receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
International orders will be sent on a standard service which doesn’t include tracking information or delivery confirmation. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5 – 10 working days and the rest of the world within 10 – 20 working days.
Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope that you’ll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn’t right we are on hand to help. Please contact us for assistance and we’ll get straight on it.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damaged may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
